Exclusive to Clive Coffee, the Eureka Mignon Zero 65 is a single-dose espresso grinder built for home baristas who've outgrown entry-level equipment and want commercial-caliber performance on the counter. Upgraded from the Zero's 55mm burrs to 65mm flat stainless steel, the Zero 65 grinds faster, runs cooler, and produces even more uniform particle distribution, translating directly into better espresso clarity and body. The rubber bellows and anti-retention design keep waste under 0.2 grams per dose, so every gram you weigh actually ends up in your puck. At this price point, the Zero 65 competes with grinders costing significantly more.

  • 65mm flat hardened steel burrs: Larger burrs mean faster grinding (2.3–2.8g/sec for espresso), lower heat buildup, and a finer, more even particle distribution. The step up from 55mm is immediately noticeable in the cup.
  • Blind upper burr (no screw holes): For easy cleaning, replacement, and lower grind retention.
